When i say 'main markets', i am referring to the markets for MS Money,
rather than financial markets.

UK Money will allow stocks to be automatically downloaded from the following
countries (it's the same for all versions of Money): Belgium, Japan, US,
Great Britain, France, Spain, Canada, Germany, Italy, Australia, Sweden,
Netherlands. It's biassed to North AMerica and Europe because that's where
the main markets are, but does include Japan and Australia

Using your old version should be possible. If you had 2003, then when the
trial version upgraded the file, a copy of your 2003 file will have been
made with an extension of .M11 - rename this to have an extension of .MNY
and it'll open in 2003.

Versions of Money haven't been able to import files from other versions for
a long time. But there is a workaround - you'll need to export the data as
QIF and then import it into the newer version.

Default What Globalisation !! Can't even get a copy...

Here are my issues - bascially I (was) a big Money fan - now I can't get a
new version and I am stuck in the Trial version.
-> Australian use to live in Netherlands where I bought Money 1999
-> Move to UK upgraded to Money 2003
-> Moved to Hong Kong - so i have been living with the fact i have to
manually input all stock data as UK Money only thinks UK, EU & US stocks are
important (ever heard of Asia - you better!)
-> Wanted to upgrade to Money 2005 (better do it now before 2003 stops
working on latest Windows). The US/Aust versions would not import my old UK
files. So i am stuck with UK.
-> Download trial - it is not better - just new interface pages - so no real
value. BUT won't let me use old version - it changed my password so i can't
go back.
-> Went to buy the new version from Amazon UK BUT can't buy softwre in UK if
you live outside EU (why the hell i can't just get a serial number and move
on is beyond - I have the software now).
-> So I am on count down with the Trial - can't go back, can't use a more
local/internation version and can't buy the UK version!
Any suggestions ?(makes you want to just find a 'crack' and forget the whole
thing).
