i spen 2 weeks emailing the money support team, tyring to convince them that
the problem was the MSN bill pay account that get created would not show up
in my Merge Accounts Screen. This is how you link MSN Bill pay to your
checking account.

When they finally got the point, their solution was to export everything in
my checking account to a QIF, and import it into my bill pay account, which
ended up doubling all the transactioned linked to credit card payments, 401k
contributions etc.

Now my account balances are all out of whack with MSN online, and after
doing everything in the KB's to corrected it, it's unnrecoverable, so now I
have to drop that too.

I finally just gave up and cancelled MSN bill pay. This upgrade is horrible.

I have been having similar problems since I upgraded to 2005. I have been
using Money for 7 years with relatively no problems, but 2005 is full of
bugs. I wish I would not have upgraded! I too was on with MS support, and
since it would not allow me to merge the two checking accounts (my original
and the one BillPay created) he had me export and then import the data. It
screwed up all of my accounts, because I had made transactions to almost
every other account from my checking account. And the worst part is that the
back up I had made before doing this was overwritten automatically during the
import. Now my backup is screwed up too! Now after recreating everything
from an even older backup, the program says in order to access my data from
the web I need to disable BillPay first. That is how the whole mess started
in the first place. Tech support has no idea what they are doing and this
problem has been going on since last October without being fixed. I've had
it!

Default Online Sync Problem

I have been having nothing but problems with Money for the last two weeks.
First issue was MS Billpay within money was not showing transactions I had
submitted to the Billpay site. When checking billpay.msn.com after logging
out of money, the bills were not showing as being scheduled. After an email
and a few calls to the Billpay people, they tell me the issue is with Money.
(Billpay.msn.com was receiving the bills, just not showing them properly, nor
the Ebills.) After 2 1/2 hours on the phone with MS support, in India, the
solution was to go back to my last backup of Money and recreate everything.
Which really wasn't a solution since it meant recreating two weeks worth of
transactions. (This after trying a number of things.) I had done nothing to
