So are there any differences in rating investments or other portfolio tasks?
You previous answer was very helpful, I just dont understand why the box for
the premium edition indicates portfolio functionality unique to the premium
edition that does not seem to exist...

The portfolio manager is the same. The Premium is bundled with
additional services including Gainskeeper -- which may be the
difference you are noticing.
