| Actually, if you simply want to compare the differences: look up "Basic" in the Help. There's a Switching between Deluxe and Basic Tools help topic. And if you are are using the Basic tools in IE, there'll be a link to upgrade to Deluxe if you want to go back. -Mark "Cal Learner-- MVP" <via_newsgroup[at]please.tnx> wrote in message news jh4011pilkutg9t5ihab1f6amjlbrkuto[at]4ax.com...- quote - > In microsoft.public.money, Steve wrote: > > I don't use Money but I do use Portfolio Manager to manage up to 350 stocks I > > own. You would give up significant function, but you may find it faster. To try this out without uninstalling, you could try accessing your portfolio from a different computer or from a non IE browser. |

| I don't use Money but I do use Portfolio Manager to manage up to 350 stocks I own. It has always been SLOW SLOW SLOW since the downgrade from the previous version but yesterday was ridiculous. I hadn't logged on for 1 week and when I did it took 2 1/2 HOURS to update my portfolios. I have a cable modem and windows xp. Any way to speed this process up? |
