Depends. If you want to sort the report, click column heading you
want to sort by. If you want the report to group or not-group by
some way, Customize the report. If you want only check numbers from
1 to 9999, customize for that too. Regarding going back to Quicken,
you can ask in alt.comp.software.financial.quicken

In Money 2006 when I create a customized report of the register by specifying
a start and an end date, I cannot make it print all the transactions in the
designated period in chronological order, just like they are listed in the
check register. The deposits and non-check entries are separated out and
printed at the beginning before the checks. This is driving me crazy - I'm
ready to give up and go back to Quicken, where doing this is easy and
obvious. Is there a way?

Your best thing to do is to customize a report and print that.

However if you want to print your register, you might just do
File-> Print and burn thru some paper. You will want to have paper
and toner/ink handy. You will probably want landscape mode.

Alternatively, File-> Print to a PDF file (still landscape mode). If
you don't have software installed to do this, pdf995.com and
cutepdf.com have free software that creates a "printer" that causes
you to print to a PDF file. Then look at the result, and print out
only the pages you want.

Even so, the customized report is your best choice in most cases.

Default printing register

I would like to print parts of my register for my lawyer to see where the
money went just after certain deposits (dont ask why, divorce) and I want to
know if I can do this some how.
