| How about rebooting in safe mode and then trying to delete the ird file. Then perhaps a file rebuild... | Okay, I use M$2004 Deluxe. Today, it crashed on me just as I was hitting enter to submit a transaction. I got the typical Windows XP message of "this application caused an error causing it to shut down... do you want to submit a report to Microsoft... do you want to restart the application..."
