In short, the support response was.."Yep, it's a bug; we'll notify the
product team!"

The only fix is to go into your budget and change every line item from
'recurring' to 'customized'-will correct it. If it's a dollar amount in the
Bill reminder, those amounts aren't affected.

I agree- a boo-boo that seems to have appeared in the fresh new M05.

An easy way to get around this is to enter a custom amount in your budget
rather than a recurring amount. On the edit your budget screen, you have the
choice between recurring (single amount, same each month) and custom (allows
you to enter a different amount for each month). If you enter the sma amount
for each month under custom, say $300, Money won't adjust the amount in Feb.

Ok, I pulled a report of my upcoming month's budget for Feb '05. All the
budgeted numbers are smaller, and look to be prorated on the number of days
in that month. When I pulled March, April, May 05, etc the amounts budgeted
were back to normal for a report of a full calendar month. So it appears
that only February is affected.
