I wasn't even thinking of those. If in doubt, I would uncheck both.
Change that later if you later want those accounts involved in a
budget or savings goals.

To be accurate it is not a box; it is just text that you can click on.

There is a box down the bottom of the page to the left of
the "Back", "Next", "Cancel" buttons "My financial institution isn't
listed".

OK Cal,

I manually typed in ING Direct into the drop down, but what do you mean when
you say 'select that it is not in the list' There are 2 check boxes
following this with the titles, 'Include this account in the budget planner'
and 'Use this account for budgeted savings goals' Are you saying that I
should uncheck one or more of these? Should I uncheck the first and leave
the second one, uncheck them both? or is that not what you were telling me
to do?

Thanks,

Steve

If you are creating the account in Money, type in ING Direct. Then
select that it is not in the list.

Default ING Direct...

Hello again all,

I just signed up for an ING Direct account and I'm using Money 2005 Deluxe.
I created a new savings account called ING Direct. It wasn't in the list of
accounts (Only the Canadian version). As you may or may not know, ING takes
money directly from your Checking account. So, when I selected to change the
account settings for the ING savings account that I created, There is a drop
down that asks for the Financial Institution. ING Direct isn't in the list.
Should I type in ING Direct or select the Checking account name that it
pulls from? I'm confused.

Thanks,

Steve
