| I don't have to to type anything in, just not use the Yodlee download for my bank. I found out if I go directly to my banks website and download the account information all the details come in such as check number and the ability to edit the check numbers as well. The only problem I see is Yodlee providing half the information from my bank with a direct download that also reduces functionality as well. It seems that Yodlee simply does not provide check numbers for any bank (what a waste). |

| That's not a question anybody here can answer. Where downloaded transactions are involved, the answer seem frequently to have NOTHING to do with Money or anything it promises and everything to do with the FI you chose. Please think about WHY you do an automatic download. What are you > REALLY trying to accomplish in using Money as a personal finance program? > Good > luck. Steve Why the big "push" to get folks to stop downloading their transactions from You are not all knowing and all seeing. You cannot possibly understand all the reasons people do this, so stop the preaching. I download to check my entries against those of my bank for many reasons. One reason being that a market I shop at weekly seems to love to double transmit purchases on my debit card. I like catching the errors ASAP and informing my bank not to pay the duplication. The question isn't, "Why do we download our transactions?" The question is, "Why doesn't this software perform as promissed?" If you don't have the answer to this question, stop subjecting us to your personal financial philosophies. I'm really getting tired of reading your "dribble". In other words, if you can't help, shut up! |

If you stop doing the automatic download from your bank and instead enter your number. Please think about WHY you do an automatic download. What are you REALLY trying to accomplish in using Money as a personal finance program? Good luck. Steve |

| I do nto know which Bank you are refering to, but the Bank of America - Yodlee connection does not download check numbers and if one adds them after the download they will no longer match and will be downloaded again. This has been reported. Even the OnYodlee site does not show check numbers. Art McClinton Rob W wrote: - quote - > I am trying it from MS Money...it actually only lets me change the > categories. | I am trying it from MS Money...it actually only lets me change the categories. I think I have the same problem in Microsoft Money 2005 as well. I will check when I get home. I think using the Yodlee download from my bank is the culprit. The check numbers came in fine if I went to the bank web site, logged in and imported the MS Money file. I thought Yodlee would do the same thing but it is missing the check numbers and I can't change them. |

| I automatically downloaded my checking information from my bank, but my checking account did not import with any check numbers nor will it allow you to add/edit them. Can you add/edit check numbers on downloaded checking accounts in Microsoft Money 2005? Rob |
