Auto update in 2005 when you open M05?

It doesn't work for me either.

I was about to use the passport and "background updating" feature, until I
found out that it will download stocks / quotes / etc every 90 minutes and
there's no way to turn it off.

I just want it to work the way 2004 did.

Does anybody have Money 2005 set so that it automatically downloads account
update daily or whenever you open Money 2005?
Tools> Settings> Online services> "Automatically update accounts online when I
start Money". This is the next to the last check box in the "Online
settings" page, just before "Online Registration".
It worked in M04 but not in M05. Is this an issue from WindowsXP Sp2 or does
it simply never work?
