The Money Back guarantee does work

I was suprised that Microsoft had the program (though they keep it secret)

I had purchased MS Streets and Trips with the GPS and found out it did not
have turn by turn call out (by voice). so I returned it, they even paid for
the shipping costs to get it to them.

On the back of the Money 2005 box there is a log that says: Money-back
Microsoft 30-day guarantee.
How does one take advantage of that? I've search on the CD and google and
can't find anything.
