| Please note that Microsoft Money is not the only financial software with this issue, Quicken (2005) does not support the letter of the alphabet either. I too use Desert Schools and I hate the upgrade, have to do everything from their website now, including Bill Pay, cannot use either Money nor Quicken (both 2005 versions) and I have emailed both available addresses off of Desert Schools website and I have not heard anything back regarding this issue and unfortunately I do not know of any contact numbers for Money or Quicken to see how this issue would possibly be resolved. Frustrating to me to have to go through the website to do everything I could do through Money or Quicken. I would call their customer service at 800-456-9171 or 602-433-7000> banking system. | I am using Microsoft Money 2002 and my bank has just upgraded their online banking system. (Desert Schools Federal Credit Union) The password for the bank use to be four-digit numeric and I used this for years in money and the bank web site with no problems. Now my bank requires a password that contains at least one alphabetic character to access my account. I have changed it on the bank web site and it works fine. When I try to change the password in Microsoft money I get “Your password cannot contain Alphabetic characters” I am not using a character like $ or [at] in the new password for my bank. I have also tried several different passwords. I even tried using O for the alphabetic character instead of zero in the password to see if I could trick money. No luck. Any suggestions??? Thank you, Frustrated |
