Budget/Cash Flow and Bills

I have all my bills set up. When the transaction is downloaded from my bank
I simply "accept" the transaction as a match to what was added to my account
from the Bill & Deposit list. I don't have any problems.

In Money '04 I download most of the transactions for all of my
accounts. I have a couple of bills set up just to get used to using
them. It is my understanding that in order for budgeting/cash flow
features to be of any use, I need to have all of my bills setup. The
problem is that I don't want to enter the bills in my register when it
reminds me that they are due since I am generally downloading the
transactions associated with them anyway. I noticed that you can
right-click on them and say "Skip this occurance" would this be the
best thing for me to do so that my budget/cash flow forcasts are
accurate?
