Which bank? Washington Mutual?

really will do to help you? Wouldn't the SAME information be available to you

I also am having trouble getting an answer. From what I'm reading - this is
not an uncommon problem. Surely, someone at Microsoft has or is looking into
this. At least I hope...
I also tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps without success..

I had a similar problem to occur about mid-December. One of my accounts just
stopped getting updated successfully. Eventually another one stopped and the
message on the Banking screen said "Update in progress". This lasted for
about 2 weeks. I tried to "Update Now" and just got the same message. I
sought help from Microsoft but got the stock answer to re-create a new Money
file, create a new account, and see if the problem goes away. It didn't.
Actually, in the new file I can't even create a connection to my bank for
authomatic downloads anymore. I communicated this back to Microsoft nearly a
week ago but haven't gotten any response from them.

I bought Money 2005 only to get the automatic updates support for my bank.
It has been a real disappointment and a waste of money.

Don't expect any real support from Microsoft if you inform them of your
problem.

Have you gotten any replies b/c I'm having the same problem
