Care to name the bank?

Otherwise go to
http://www.microsoft.com/money/banko...Type=BanksOnly
and see if your bank description says this when you click thru to
it:
================================================== ==============

* This service is only available if you have Microsoft Money 2005.
You will need to use Microsoft .NET Passport in order to access your
account information.

Your financial institution may offer an alternative means of
downloading statements and transactions from their web site into
Microsoft Money 2004 and earlier. Please contact them for more
information..
================================================== ==================

If so, that bank does not offer OFX direct connections. In that case
Money 2005, but not 2004, would get the data via Yodlee.

Try removing the financial institution information in the Account Details
and then re-adding it. This will reset Money's knowledge of how to interact
with the bank.

Default Money 2004 banking services

I am running 2004 standard. Recently my bank converted from providing only
web statements and downloadable OFC files to direct connection through Money.
I can no longer download OFC files from the website I must use the direct
connection. My bank is listed as one that provides the services but I cannot
get Money to set it up connect directly. There is no opportunity to enter
the account number and password. Is there an upgrade available for this
program? If so where can I get it? I have spent endless hours searching the
microsoft site looking for one. My version of Money has not "expired" for
downloads. I attempted to set up the bank again as a new account but still
Money did not allow me to enter the needed information to access the data.
HELP!! Am now printing the transaction histories and entering them manually.

Thanks.
