Let Money 2005 create a new Money file, clicking Decline in the> version. I am also unable to restore a backup from Money 2005. It says I have > the wrong password. It will do an update so that Help-> About... says you then have version 14.0.*.1105. Then you should be able to open or restore your existing files. |

| Locked out? After upgrading to 2005 I am unable to restore a backup file from my 2003 version. I am also unable to restore a backup from Money 2005. It says I have the wrong password. When I go to reset that password through .net Money doesn't accept the new password either. I'm locked out of my finances and none of my backups can be opened?! Help! Thanks. |
