Default Re: Merging duplicate accounts - deletes?

I made a back of my file as well as exports of each of the accounts I needed
to merge....glad I did.

The merge did not delete any entries but there were a tremendous amount of
duplications...I sent hours cleaning up the files. Thanks to all for the
response. Jim

I've been under the impression that it means exactly what it says--only the
Yodlee-downloaded transactions will survive. (But I don't d/l transactions
so can't say for sure.) Please let us know. And have a backup copy of your
..MNY file in case they do mean it.

I think it means the duplicates. Nobody has reported losing their
data that I have seen.

Still, it never hurts to have an extra backup.

Default Merging duplicate accounts - deletes?

Several of my accounts are duplicates because of a bank upgrade. I know how
to merge them but I get a warning box saying that old transations will be
deleted. Does this mean ONLY the duplicates or ALL old transations? I do
not want to lose the many years of data that I have. Thanks.
