Does anyone else have this problem?

I just converted to Money 2005 Deluxe and I'm trying to clean some of
my records up. When I am looking at a category (by going to Banking
--> Account Tools --> Categories and Payees), it will show me all the
transactions that have that category. There is a button that says
"Change Category..." I can use this to change just one transaction,
but if I highlight more than one, it will not change them all. It only
changes the last one that is highlighted.
Should I submit this as a bug and if so where?
