At least in M04, it's possible to ENTER one in the register, but it is
impossible to SCHEDULE one in the scheduled Bills & Deposits. What you want
to do might be easier if you a) don't try to schedule it, and b) leave the
net amount blank and just enter the splits. Money will compute the correct
amount (negative) but you are correct--I just tried it in M04--it reverses
every sign. That should be OK since it still knows that it a payment not a
deposit and every element still reports right. It just looks goofy.
