Default Money 2000 std

money 2000 std verison 8 will not allow me to access it b/c it says "there is
a problem with your windows security setting money cant open a data file or
create a new file." Then money suggests how to fix the problem - followed
the steps to fix the problem but it still wont allow me to access my records.
