Sounds like you really want to convert the loan to a credit card account
since that's the kind of data the FI wants to download.

Money does not work the way YOU want it to. Your FI (ie) financial institution
does not work the way YOU want it to. Dick Watson is giving you valuable
information and you just do not get it. We have been using this product for
many many years. I do not download data from FI or credit cards. I enter the
data manually MY WAY, the way I want it. It works for me and gives me great
financial support. Why don't you try it. The technology to do what YOU want is
not working right yet. You can tell it doesn't work right yet by reading all
these threads. Good luck. Steve

All I am looking for is for some solutions from someone who has experienced
the same issue I have and what type of account they used so loan information
can be downloaded without having to do each transaction manually. Once
downloaded, they can change what they need to get it the way they want it.

What if I want to win the lottery?

This download stuff has lots of limitations that vary depending on the
limitations of the data the FI sends you. If you want it all their way, you
download data and take what you get. If you want it your way, you enter the
stuff by hand. If you want it your way and you don't want to type
transaction data, then you can type lots of adjustments to get it your way.

I'm sorry that's not more helpful. If you read dozens of other posts related
to problems with making downloaded data look the way you want it every week,
you will conclude that your situation is not special.

What if I would like them to download to the correct Loan account which has
been set up when I added the account? When you download from your FI, it
downloads to a line of credit account and does not list the loan as an
account?

Please advise with more information than previous post.

Enter the transactions manually just as you like them?

Default Importing Loan transcations from FI to MM2004

Hello,

I am having trouble importing loan transactions from FI to MM2004. It
imports the information as a line of credit rather than directly to my loan
account. Is there any work around to this issue?

Any suggestions would be helpful.

TY
