| Thanks, ARt. That's interetsing. I got into Yodlee and the balances seem to be right. I tried to submit a bug before, but I was using the trial version, as I didn't want to upgrade unless i knew that feature was running right. It wasn't for me, so I wanted to submit a bug. They don't take bugs reports from teh trial edition. So i stay on 2004. I may try the trial again and see if it's been fixed. | Sorry about that I had mis-remembered the name. It is lower right corner and is called "OnCenter - Formerly MyYodlee" It points to: https://www.yodlee.com/newarch/index.do where you can register. Concerning the bug with your credit union, report it to microsoft if you want it fixed. My credit union had a similar problem in late August early September and was fixed within 2 weeks. Yodlee scraps the information from the web view and every time the bank changes the web site they have to change their code to correct it. My credit union worked until they made a change and then started performing as you have seen. Bruce wrote: - quote - > Hi Art! > I don't see that Icon you just mentioned. | Hi Art! I don't see that Icon you just mentioned. Yodlee is what I was trying to remember. I know when I brought it up here before, I was told it was with the Yodlee issue, but that's what I was wondering if they had fixed. There were others that said the same problem was there too. I was using my local Credit Union and it set itself up pretty nicely. It's jsut that irritating bug of all the deposits were listed as withdrawals. -- Bruce "Art McClinton" <art[at]nova.org> wrote in message news:jYEzd.23511$7p.1363[at]lakeread02... - quote - > It depends upon which Bank you are downloading. | It depends upon which Bank you are downloading. The problem appears to be within the Yodlee download. You can go to www.yodlee.com and click on the OnYodlee icon on the screen and register for an account that will allow you to see the bank information without MS Money. If it works their, it should work through Money. Just remember that: 1) Yodlee to Money interface is a QIF file which if you never downloaded them mulitiple times, they always will force you to re-justify every transaction each time since they have no smarts built in like the OFX files now many used for manual download from a bank web site. 2) your data since you are use a passport and the yodlee download is stored on Money Cnetral so you can access it from multiple locations. | Hi all! I had downloaded the trial version of Money 2005 and liked it ok, except for one pretty major problem. I was using the feature that downloaded updates from my bank account through a web-connect automatically, I forget what it was called. Anyway, it had a pretty major bug. It was registering any credit/deposits I made as a withdrawal. I was entering my deposits/withdrawals manually anyway, and all the withdrawals were being matched up properly. I can't recall if the downloaded deposits were changing my manually entered deposits to withdrawals or entering an additional withdrawal as new. Anyway, it was really screwing things up and according to the feedback here, many people were having the same issue. Because of that, I've not upgraded, even though the idea of automatic updating my bank account like that is an idea I like. I'm just wondering, with the recent updates I've read about, can anyone tell me if this problem has been fixed? Thanks! -- Bruce |
