Default RE: Budget item not showing as 'budgeted' in Monthly Budget Report

A little late, but I am wondering if you ever found a cure for the
disappearing budget item in a monthly summary. I have Insurance: Dental, but
the payment doesn't carry over to the monthly report. What is odd and
really frustrating, it is the ONLY item that doesn't carry across. I might
feel better if more of them didn't because there would be some consistency?
Anyway, any cure?

Maybe but I have just moved back to Money after using Quicken for around 7
years.

How about I assume Money doesn't work and switch to Quicken?? Will my life
be easier then? (This is a serious question not a flame - I haven't
compared Quicken yet).

I've been battling this for some time now. Assume Budget does not work and
your life will be easier.

Not sure if this is the same thing, but in an earlier version of money, I had
to go to the account setting (from which the bill was paid) and check some
box that referenced to use the account in the budget. Hope that helps!

Default Budget item not showing as 'budgeted' in Monthly Budget Report

When I run my "Monthly Budget" report, it is showing "Bills:Electricity"
actual dollars of $212, and budgeted is $0. However, when I go to the
budget, my regularly scheduled utility bill is clearly shown as budgeted at
$225/month under the Bills:Electricity category, under the "Utilities"
budget group.

Why isn't the $225 showing up on the budget report in the budgeted column??
