I suggest considering never to let Money adjust positions. Instead
get the transactions right. Just use the data to show what you have
to address. It's too bad you can't make not-adjusting the default.
Also consider sorting by entry order to make it easier to select the
newly downloaded transactions for voiding or deleting.

And consider restoring a pre-download backup. Perhaps a new download
will have less duplication as they get right. You could download,
and delete the download without reading the transactions if you are
running Money 2003 or 2004. If the new fixes stay in place, that
should work. Then manually enter the few transactions you deleted
that were not duplicates.

Let's hope the fixes are in.

Guys,
Everytime I download new stock transactions from my
broker,TD Waterhouse, all past history is re-entered. I
have many duplicate entries of the same transactions. It
seems that Money is adding or removing shares to try and
balance the account,but the total is totally wrong. The
question is how to stop these same entries from being
added to the register on each update.Using Money
2003,WinXP Pro.
