Art,

ING Direct in the US only supports Web Download from their site. They
used to support Direct Download from within Money but changed it last
year. The Web Download is an Active type. Therefore, it will only
download the transactions since your last download.

Default ING Direct question

I recently set up an ING Direct account. I attempted to follow the
directions on the ING site for connecting it to Money 2001-2004 but
found under 2005 that only ING Direct (Canada) is listed as a bank.
When I tried this the result was that they did not recognize my signon
and password, so I assume that this is the wrong site. Is ING Direct
(www.ingdirect.com) supported in Money 2005? Any help appreciated.
