Greg,

QIF has worked with Money at least as far back as M00 (when I started)
and probably longer. I'm sure MS figured they had to be able to import
QIF's since so many financial institutions supported that format.

As for OFC, MS is hoping those that still support it will update to
OFX. In the meantime, QIF works fine as you have found.

Regards,
JB

QIF has been supported, such as it is, in Money for more than a decade. OFC
has been obsolete for nearly half that long.

The ironic thing is M05 supports QIF and Q05 doesn't.

JB,

Works!!

Who would have thought that M5 would support the import of a QIF file and
not support OFC!

Boggles the mind.

Thank you!

Greg,

You said you had three options. Therefore, I assume you're referring
to a download page on your VISA site. Choose QIF and if you're in
Money it should automatically import (click Open if prompted). If
you'd prefer to Save the QIF, import it later by choosing Import from
Money's File menu and browsing to the saved QIF.

Post back and let us know how you make out!

Regards,
JB

I thought QIF was for Quicken, CSV was for Excel and OFC was for Money. How
do I get the QIF fine into Money?

I'm old so be gentle.

Default VISA Transaction into Money 05.

Have gone through all the postings and have not seen an answer. Please help
me out.

Money does not support OFC, and VISA (at least the system I'm on) does not
do OFX.

How do I get the information from VISA to Money w/o having to do it
manually? I'm given three options: OFC, QIF, or CSV.

Greg
