Default Categories and Sub-Categories

In Money 2004, when inputing a transaction, I was able to tab/view thourgh a
category and sub-category box with ease. I was able to set it up via tools,
now in 2005, I can not. Does anyone know how to change the view in the
account registor so I can view both Category and sub category when inputing
transaction so I don't have to deal with the drop down menu?

For better clarity, it inputting Payto, Category, split, Job expenses and
meno.
