| What bugs me so much is the fact that if this is a problem (which it appears to be for more people than me) I would like to see Microsoft start dialoging with my Bank. Fine and dandy if each one thinks it isn't their problem, but could we start the ball rolling here and find out what is the world is the problem? I hate this passing the buck thing....in the meantime, I still don't have a working product. This is the problem these days with companies. They feel it is ok to tell you they don't know. Back in my days you would never tell a client you didn't know or send them to someone else to figure out a problem. You took the problem on and found out by investigation even to the point of contacting the competition if you had to. I guess I am ancient. I see very few companies that can do a top rate job in providing true customer service. At least the guy at my bank took time with me on the phone to set up my bank just to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong. This is clearly a Microsoft problem; the info is available when I go to the BoA website. | To append my previous message to Shawn, Have you tried signing in online and then signing out through internet explorer at the bank's website and then syncing? That seems to update my information although it still hasn't solved the out of date transaction problem. I just contacted my bank for the third time and they claim this is Microsoft's problem not theirs. They have made their information available and cannot see anything wrong on their end. I suspect it is a number of issues pertaining to logging in and mm software. Something is just not jiving. Money automatically downloaded and installed the mid-November patch so I'm assuming that I have the latest version of Money 2005. I restored my Money 2004 backup (M12 file) after this update and setup my online banking services and MSN bill pay. I merged the accounts that were duplicated by the online setup. My BOA checking account did download transactions initially though they were old. Since then I've received no newer transactions. Please help. Is there another update coming soon? | Hi there, We are currently testing Money 2005 and love the automatic updates. Everything works fine but the downloaded transactions are not current. We have a current balance but the latest transaction to download is from 11/22. We don't have any filters set and when we go to the website there are certainly far more current transactions recorded online so I am not sure why Money is not updating those. Any help is appreciated. We use Windows xp Home, Money 2005 Trial. |
