I am using a firewall as well. However, my problem is not get updates.
It's that I'm not getting complete data during the updates. If I compare the
transactions in Money after an update to the transactions that are in the
Citibank online account info, there are about 10 transactions over several
days that don't show up in Money.

I think this is a data problem, and not a software defect, per se.
Additionally, I do not receive data for the past 3 months. Only since the
date I installed.

Hoping somone may have an idea of what's going on here.

Here's my setup:
* Windows XP SP2 with all latest updates
* I have ZoneAlarm Pro firewall installed and have the Windows Firewall
turned off. I have setup ZoneAlarm so that it will let the "msmoney.exe"
program access the internet.
* Money 2005 Deluxe and has automatically downloaded it's latest program
update (last one was in mid-November I think)
* I upgraded from Money 2004 Deluxe
* I use Bank of America
* I use MSN Bill Pay
