I enter it first. Thus I have it in the bills section and have it set
to enter the day before it is scheduled to be received. Thus when the
amount is downloaded from the bank it has something to match. Some of
the downloads will actually go into the bills and match an upcoming
entry from bills, but some do not always work. Ones with splits seem to
be the problem.
