Default Re: Why the bills section so slow !

I had similar problems. In my case disabling all debt reduction planner
accounts improved the overall performance of all bill payments significantly
even the ones not related to the debts reduction plan. Go to planning -
planning tools - debt reduction planner and move all accounts from "in debt
plan" to "not in debt plan".

Default Why the bills section so slow !

Have you people notice that in Money 2005 the Bills section is very slow
when we pay bills ?

i have monthly scheduled bills in Money 2005 also weekly paycheck.

I never use online payment directly from Money 2005. I log directly to my
bank and I just use money Bills section
to make the same transaction as I do online on my bank web site.

Let's say I record my paycheck after I made the transfer and press DEPOSIT
in Money 2005 it takes about 8 - 10 seconds
to complete the deposit ! I have a decent machine P4 [at] 3.0 Ghz, 1 gig RAM,
RAID 0, Radeon 9800 Pro

What the hell Money do to take so much time to record a simple deposit,
transfer, pay bill and this is in Money not doing online
transaction !

Also at the start page (home page) I have also put
My favorite accounts
My investments
My budget forecast

After I input my password to get into my money file I let the home page come
up and wait let's say 30 seconds.
As soon I move the mouse pointer I get the hourglass and after the screen
update again to refresh the budget forecast

This is strange... i also wait 1 minute and it did the same thing !
Well looks like this page is not refreshing the first time Money start until
we move the mouse pointer.

I still think that Money 2005 is too slow compare to previous version (2004)
and their should be an update to speed it up !

Any tricks to speed it up ! My Pc looks slow with Money 2005 and my Money
files is about 10 Mb

Thanks
