On my graphics board, I can get to video properties by
right-clicking on a blank spot on the desktop and choosing
Properties. Settings-> Advanced-Troubleshoot gives me a slider that
lets me reduce/remove hardware video acceleration.

What's it do if you open the Sample data file?

Next, when I try to enter a transaction into my checking account I get an
error message that says, "Cannot complete the transaction". I CAN enter the
transaction if I don't use a check number, DEP, DEBIT, TRNS, PMT, or anything
else in the first field of the transaction.
If I don't use anything in the Check Number field Money acts normally,
except for the intermittent display issues.
