Thanks for posting back. Based on your description, Michael's prior
post in this thread seems like a reasonable solution. Sounds like a
refresh problem. Let us know if re-starting ActiveSync when the
problem occurs makes the check box re-appear.

my ppc is hcx4700 running 2003. Yes, i have installed the program
into bth my desktop and ppc. the problem is that there is no check
box next to the description of the program in the activesync window ,
where you choose what to sync.

-when you say install, do you mean both your PC and mobile device?
-when you say "no box...next to Money 2005", do you mean there is no
Money program listed OR it is listed but no check box?
-have you setup a partnership?
