Pick Payee tab. Clear All, then select the Payees you want....

I have money 2000 deluxe and business. I recently made a mistake and
deleted a category which i now regret. Is there a way to create a
category and apply it to all transactions to a particalar payee? For
example, all of my grocery store purchases are now under
miscellaneous, and i would like to assign all of them to a new
"grocery store" category without having to go and do every one
individually.
