| That message can be a bit confusing. The location to change your BillPay password is as follows. Go to the "read call summary messages" by clicking on the small arrow next to the ? in the upper right hand corner of the page. After you get to this page look on the pane (yes I know it is) on the left side of the page and find "Manage Your Passwords". Click on this and go the the bottom of the page and click on the "advanced" tile. This should take you to a page that has MSN Billpay in a window. Highlight MSN Billpay and click "OK" this will open up a page to where you can change the password. Hopefully you remember the old one! On another note; I strugled with this software Money 2005 for 2 months and it would not work right. I have been a loyal Money user since 1996. I went and bought Quicken 2005. Yesterday I decided to delete M05 completely and reinstall it again except this time I started from scratch and did not use any of my old information, in other words I did not try and convert an old M04 file. Everything is working perfectly now and I am using bakground banking with 7 bank accounts and auto downloading into 10 credit cards. I guess MS did not really do their homework well when it came to converting their old Money 2004 code to the new 05 format. I will be staying with Money but I will have to use the Quicken 2005 info for year end tax stuff. GOOD LUCK! | The error message is this: "MSN Billpay requires you to change your password before...". However there is no way to change my MSN Billpay password from within Money, despite what the "help" file reads!! Do you mean change my Passport password? My Billpay Security Key? Or what?!? This is my last try with this before I become a lifetime Quicken user. Period. |
