What version did you use previously? What do you like better about M05?

Many thanks!...and let me say, contrary to quite a few comments on this
board, in my humble opinion, 2005 is the best release yet. Kudos to MS for a
fine piece of software. Not perfect...but getting there

Look for a system hidden folder named
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Money 2005\MNYCoreFiles.BAK.*"

I am pretty sure you can do without that if things are working for
you after the QFE so you won't want to try to undo the change.

Default Huge increase in file size after update!

After installing the recent update to money premium 2005, the money folder
has gone from 105mb to 200mb!. I'm pretty certain the size of the update is
less than 2mb...anyone notice this?....is there a fix available? I pressed
for space on my laptop, so this is important

Dick Watson: It should automatically compact at some point when you exit Money. It may not happen the first or second time you use the file, but it should do it...
