2005 update / MSN billpay

You might want to contact support on this one as a number of folks who've
disabled billpay services were unable to re-enable them afterwards.

I just did the update.

I'm trying to get some of my banks to work with Money, but I'm still getting
the "you must disable MSN billpay" message.

Wasn't this supposed to be fixed?
