M05 can't delete financial provider info once added

My brain damage: I picked an FI associated with a closed account. Like a
good database changing one Novus account to Discover Card changed them all.
Renaming Discover Card to Novus renamed the key value. Deleting one
reference to Novus did no good without deleting the remaining one (on the
closed account).

Once an account is associated an FI that Money knows about it's REALLY
sticky. You can rename the FI (say rename "Discover Card" back to "Novus".
But "Novus" keeps all of the "Discover Card" information including the logo.
You can go into the Specify where accounts are held page and set the account
to be Not held at a financial institution. Minutes of database grinding.
But, unlike previous versions, there seems to be NO WAY to delete the
Bank/Broker information ("Discover Card" contents now copied to name "Novus"
in my playing around case) even if NO accounts are associated with this
Bank/Broker. Surely there must be a way to get a mutant or undesired FI
entry removed from the database. Surely there must... (Needless to say,
on-net help indicates nothing for "delete bank".)

Anybody looked into this?
