If you go to
http://www.microsoft.com/money/banko...sationType=All

and click your institution, and you have your browser set to allow
such popups, you will see a popup that says in part "* This service
is only available if you have Microsoft Money 2005. You will need to
use Microsoft .NET Passport in order to access your account
information. "

That means that the institution does not provide direct connect OFX
download, but that Money 2005 sends the information to Yodlee. They
take your password and access the website of the FI. They glean the
data, and pass that information back to Money.

There have been problems with the Yodlee-accessed accounts. There is
an automatically downloaded update to Money that is anticipated that
may help this kind of access as well as other problems.

Others have reported some success by putting in a support case with
Microsoft and/or Yodlee. I will leave it to them to describe how
that has worked for them.

Call Money's support line and open a trouble ticket. It's free.

Default Is my bank online? Another question

My bank states that it is online (CoastalFCU) via the money web site, so I
upgraded to 2005 deluxe from 2004 deluxe. I can get all the way to the
point where I am promted inside of money for my banks username and password.
So I contact my bank about this and they state they currently do not support
the OFX file transfer.

I can download qif files from another site for my bank, but I bought 2005
since it was stated that they were online. Where do I go from here?

Thanks,
Barry
