I had the same problem. I called no less than 20 people with no
resolution. I sent an email to MSN Passport. Im waiting from them to
detach my BillPay information from my Passport account.

These guys are just CROOKS. Plain and simple. How can they live with
themselves? I can't wait for Josh to show his face here.
