I had the same problem. I called no less than 20 people with no
resolution. I sent an email to MSN Passport. Im waiting from them to
detach my BillPay information from my Passport account.

Money 2004 was running smoothly. After downloading the update Money
2005, I now cannot get into my MSN Bill pay, even using internet
browser.

Support people from MSN Bill Pay told me that somehow the link between
Microsoft Passport and MSN bill pay was corrupted by Microsoft Money
2005, after the install of Money 2005.

MSN Bill Pay support people told me that THIS IS A BIG problem that
happening to many MSN Bill Pay users. They cannot fix it on their
side, and Money 2005 must come up with the fix. Any word on the
progress of this fix?

Thanks,
Greg

But that's the thing. Even if it works through money today. How soon
before MS breaks it?

Wachovia now offers bill pay direct through Microsoft Money (and perhaps
Quicken) for FREE to all customers, no minimum balance necessary.

Ok, I'll say it 1 MORE TIME....quit using a POS program for any type of bill
payment! I use my brokerage firms program Raymond James Bank and it is
great, easy and they are responsive to any issues. I admit it costs all of
$3.95 a month so keep screwing with MSFT and get crap

this is a known bug that I also found. I was told that it will be fixed in
the next release.
Not pleasant, but that's what it is.

Default More MSN Billpay issues

So I have a new billpay account. Started over with Money and Billpay. I'm
even using a new passport so everything is fresh. I get it all working and
I've paid some bill from Money. Anyway, the website typically takes some
time before it offers you the e-bill signup. So far it's offered for my GM
card and State Farm. So I click on State Farm and submit that request. I
click on the GM card and the request screen has the State Farm logo and asks
for my policy number. Nice.

These guys are just CROOKS. Plain and simple. How can they live with
themselves? I can't wait for Josh to show his face here.
