It's a known issue. I'd suggest opening a support case at

Thanks for the suggestion. It didn't help. I'm really beginning to think
it's a Yodlee problem. I tried setting up another account (different bank,
etc.) and the same thing happened.

My flag is set. All of my other accounts work properly. It's just this one
Yodlee account that does not.

There is flag regarding auto reconciliation when you download transactions.
Not sure where it is but I think it might be when you click on the review
transactions from the Home Page. I changed mine to alway not reconcile and I
don't have this problem.

Default Problem downloading transactions

Since upgrading to Money 2005 whenever I download transactions to credit
card accounts they are automatically accepted as new even though some may
already be in the account (entered manually). It does not give me a chance
to accept the transactions or to match them with transactions that already
exist. Each time I update the account it just adds more of the already
existing transactions.

It's a Yodlee account if that makes a difference.

Any ideas?
