Default Re: using money with bank of america

Can you clarify the difficulties that BofA is having with Money 2005.

I have been using Money for many years with Bank of America. The OFX
updates worked well. I cant figure out how to convert my BofA accounts to
the 2005 system. When I attempt to convert, I get an additonal BofA account.
I cant figure out how to merge it with the original account, and the balance
is way off. Part of the problem is duplicate entries. This is the worst
update ever.

With Money 2003 the only way you can sync with Bank of America is
manual. Thus once you have logged into the B0A site you may download
OFX files that you then merge into your files on Money 2003. I used
this process for many years with multiple versions of Money including
2003 Delux.

Money 2005 has added a product called Yodlee to perform background
automatic updates. BoA is one that currently is experiencing
difficulties so I have reverted to the manual OFX downloads to keep my
current copy of Money 2005 upto date.

If you need further steps on this let me know and I will send more
detailed instructions.
