 Re: dates & Bill Pay Tom, It depends on your payment provider. If you're using MSN Bill Pay it will be the date you want the payment to reach your Payee. Otherwise, check with your bank. My experience with BankOne is it used to be the date to reach Payee, but they changed to the date they begin processing the payment.
