This happens to me every once an a while. My fix for it... instead of
setting up an account for online services, I add a new account... You might
get a popup box telling you that you already have accounts setup with bank
"XYZ" and that you may end up duplicating them... don't worry about it.
Just make sure you make a backup of your money file before you start.

Then, add a new account at Bank XYZ... then everything should work okay.
You can then merge the newly created account with the already existing
account.

This seems to work for me without problem.

That usually means that something between your file and the MSn servers is
"stuck" (read messed up).. Wish I had a cure for you.
