I would start by using Advanced Find and Replace to get the
categories right.

Money is supposed to learn from experience, but there is no screen
to explicitly address the translation.

Default Auto-assigning bank transactions

In Money 2005 Small Business, I have connected to the bank checking account
associated with my business. There are many entries that use the exact same
language each time, and I would like to associate those entries to expense or
income categories on Money. Is there a way to map those transactions, so that
I do not have to laboriously assign categories manually each time?
