There is a way to get Bill Pay to work from within Money 2005. Seems most
of the support folks don't know this.

Follow these steps:

1. Start from your working version of MS Money 2004. You should have a
backup version of the 2004 file from when you upgraded. If you deleted your
2004 version, reinstall it into a different directory than the 2005 version.

2. Within 2004, disable MSN synchronization. Do not disable Billpay.

3. Close out of 2004 and open MS 2005. Open the working 2004 file and let
the conversion take place.

4. Billpay should now be working within 2005.

Do not attempt to enable MSN synchronization. It will tell you that you
have to disable Billpay and from that point you won't get back in.
