So to reiterate your problem, Bank One and Discover used to work for
you with Money 2004 direct download, but now do not work for you
using Money 2005.

You might try something else. Make a copy of your *.m12 file (the
file that Money made when it converted to Money 2005) named
Reed5.mny. Then in Money 2005, File-> Open Reed5.mny. As Money 2005
starts to convert the file "decline" when offered to put a Passport
on the file. See if those institution are accessible from a
non-Passport file.

Alternatively, you might try Microsoft support to see if they have
some info for you.

I'm getting the same problem with Bank One and Discover. Anybody have a
solution? Worked fine with Money 2004 and beginning to regret my decision to
upgrade.
