download transactions broken in money 2000

You may want to delete your temporary internet files folder (go to tools on
your browser, then internet options). I had the same problem at one point,
and it seems a full folder prevents the downloads. The other option is to
just save the downloads elsewhere (e.g. right click the download link and hit
"save target as"). Hope that helps.
