The answer to your suggestion (if any) will be that what you need a business-grade product or service. As you are well aware, anything that smells "business" has "business" price tag, i.e. 10+ times more just because it's "business". I don't think Microsoft Money will want to break this nice tradition. Vadim |

| I would like to see all versions of Money capable of running efficiently on a home or small business network with the potential of supporting multiple users. We run the Small Business edition of Money on our home office network and we have the data file stored on our home office server with two to three people managing the information in Money. As of today, only one person can use a single data file at a time and the overall performance of Money across our 100Mb network is quite slow (even with a very quick Enterprise SATA disk RAID on our server). The performance is barely acceptible today. As more and more home users have networks and people share the responsibilities on managing their personal finances or running a small business from home or a small office I think having improved networking features in Money would be a really attractive feature in a future version. So far, no other personal financial managers offer this feature as far as I know. Please add this to the "wish list" of new feature requests. Thanks! |
