I would require the family member to take care of insurance and> auto-calculated Principal/Interest? taxes, but perhaps you will feel/be safer doing it yourself. I don't know how to integrate in the transfer into the escrow account that you are looking to hold. Perhaps somebody would have a suggestion on that. |

| Tracking a mortgage loan that you loaned someone. Any ideas on how I(the lender) should start tracking mortgage money, loaned to a family member, in Money 2003 Deluxe & Business edition? I would like to know things like: Account type? (Asset, Home, Loan, Mortgage?) Account linking option? (house = mortgage loan + asset loan?
